Booking & Payment Policy

An advance payment is required to confirm any trek booking.

The remaining balance must be cleared before the trek start date.
Cancellation by Client
Refund eligibility depends on the date of cancellation:

More than 30 days before trek:
Partial refund (after administrative deductions) -
10–20 days before trek:
Limited refund applicable -
Within 7 days of trek:
No refund
(Exact refund amount depends on the trek and logistics involved.)
Cancellation by Blackmount Expedition
If a trek is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances such as:

Weather conditions

Natural calamities

Safety concerns
Then:

An alternative trek or date will be offered, or

A partial or full refund will be provided on a case-by-case basis.
No-Show Policy
If a participant fails to report for the trek on the scheduled date:

No refund will be applicable
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
