    Altitude (Ghangaria): 3,050 m / 10,000 ft Trek Distance: 13 km Trek Duration: 5–6 hours Gradual ascent on a well-paved trail along the Pushpawati River. Reach Ghangaria, the base camp for Valley of Flowers and Hemkund Sahib.
    Altitude (Valley of Flowers): 3,658 m / 12,000 ft Trek Distance: 8 km (round trip) Trek Duration: 5–6 hours Enter the Valley of Flowers National Park. Explore alpine meadows filled with rare Himalayan flora before returning to Ghangaria.
    Altitude (Hemkund Sahib): 4,329 m / 14,200 ft Trek Distance: 12 km (round trip) Trek Duration: 6–7 hours Steep ascent to Hemkund Sahib, one of the highest Gurudwaras in the world. Descend carefully back to Ghangaria.
