The Everest Base Camp Trek is a lifetime achievement trek that leads to the base of the world’s highest mountain, Mount Everest. The trail passes through Sherpa villages, monasteries and high-altitude landscapes.

    Flight Duration: 35–40 minutes Trek Distance: 8 km Trek Duration: 3–4 hours Scenic flight to Lukla followed by an easy trek along the Dudh Koshi River.
    Altitude (Namche Bazaar): 3,440 m / 11,286 ft Trek Distance: 10 km Trek Duration: 6–7 hours Cross multiple suspension bridges and enter Sagarmatha National Park. Final steep climb to Namche Bazaar.
    Altitude: 3,440 m / 11,286 ft Short acclimatization hikes to Everest View Hotel and nearby ridges. Rest and adaptation day.

    Day 5: Namche Bazaar → Tengboche

    Altitude (Tengboche): 3,860 m / 12,664 ft Trek Distance: 9 km Trek Duration: 5–6 hours Trek with stunning views of Everest, Ama Dablam and Lhotse. Visit Tengboche Monastery.
    Altitude (Dingboche): 4,410 m / 14,470 ft Trek Distance: 11 km Trek Duration: 6–7 hours Gradual ascent into high-altitude alpine terrain.
    Altitude: 4,410 m / 14,470 ft Short hikes towards Nangkartshang Peak for acclimatization.

Age limits vary depending on trek difficulty. Some easy treks allow teenagers with guardian consent, while challenging treks and expeditions are suitable only for experienced and physically fit participants.
